We think you should know exactly how we are paid, so you can weigh our suggestions with that in mind.

Does Seoul Cosmetic Surgery charge patients a fee?

No service fee. Seoul Cosmetic Surgery is paid by its partner clinics, not by patients. You pay the clinic directly for your surgery or treatment, at the price the clinic quotes you.

What is the US$300 deposit for?

A US$300 deposit is taken when you book. Expenses we pay on your behalf during your stay, such as meals ordered to your accommodation, taxis and prescriptions, are deducted from it. The balance is refunded when your treatments total US$5,000 or more. If your treatments total less than US$5,000, the deposit is retained as our coordination fee.

What do clinics pay Seoul Cosmetic Surgery?

Partner clinics pay Seoul Cosmetic Surgery a coordination fee when a patient we introduce is treated. It is paid by the clinic, not added to your bill. We only introduce patients to clinics we have an arrangement with, and the fee can differ between clinics.

Does the clinic’s fee affect which surgeon you recommend?

No. We match you to a surgeon on the procedure you want, that surgeon’s experience with it, the quotes and information the clinic provides, and your budget and timing. A clinic’s fee to us never changes which surgeon we recommend, and only the surgeon decides whether a procedure is suitable for you. You are free to compare other providers and to decide not to go ahead.

What is included in the concierge service?

Surgeon matching, written itemised quotes, booking of consultations and surgery, interpretation at appointments in English, Korean, Spanish, French and Hindi, help with accommodation, and coordination of follow-up visits until you fly home. Airport pickup and drop-off are included when your treatments total US$5,000 or more.
